Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, I decided to uproot my life and make the move to Tennessee for better opportunities and better weather. I briefly lived in the Nashville area before deciding that the mountains were where I ultimately wanted to settle and build a life for myself and my 2 dogs.I truly feel I could not have made a better decision for myself with everything that East Tennessee has to offer from its beauty to the economic opportunities and everything in between.

My primary background is in construction where I’ve done electrical work on traffic lights and street lights, and I ultimately retired out of power line work to become self employed as an investor specializing in new construction in Sevier county and the surrounding areas. Additionally, I have a background in short term rentals through my experience hosting on Airbnb.

I started my business by specializing in custom, site built, permanent foundation tiny homes.I wanted to provide an opportunity to first time investors knowing how difficult it can be to enter in to such a competitive market. The price point of a new construction tiny home makes it a very achievable investment for investors of all kinds.

It truly makes me happy knowing that my tiny home builds help provide sustainable income for others. In return, when my business prospers, it gives me the ability to enjoy my hobbies of overlanding, riding motorcycles, and enjoying my race car.
