Housing inventory is typically lower during this time of year. Most people try to list their homes in the spring and summer to coordinate with the kids’ school year. But that doesn’t mean fall isn’t a good time to sell! In fact, we’re still seeing more buyers in the market than homes, so that puts your home at an advantage when you list in the fall.

More Serious Buyers –

Less houses available means your home will have less competition. What’s more, buyers who need to move in fall may be more motivated to do so more quickly.

Consider the Weather & Fall Decor –

Plus the weather is still relatively warm for showings and open houses.
